Until March 31st you can enjoy the 14th Madrid Stew Rout, an unmissable opportunity to taste this traditional and emblematic dish of the local cuisine.

In this edition, 37 restaurants distributed in the capital and several municipalities of Madrid, such as Alcalá de Henares, Valdeolmos, Montejo de la Sierra, Alcorcón, Collado Villalba, Toledo, Chinchón, Los Molinos, Becerril de la Sierra and Guadarrama are participating.

The restaurants will serve this traditional dish to their guests, usually in its three characteristic vuelcos, made up of the comforting soup, a portion of chickpeas and vegetables, and meat.

Participants in the Cocido Madrileño Route will have the opportunity to voluntarily vote for their favorite cocido through the website, evaluating the quality of the chickpeas, meat and broth, among other aspects.

By voting, they will also be able to participate in a drawing to win prizes ranging from the winner's weight in chickpeas to a bottle of wine from Las Moradas de San Martín to a batch of olive oil from Madrid.

This gastronomic experience offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy the richness and authenticity of Madrid's cuisine at its best.
