MADRID IN ONE DAY

Do you know Madrid? If so, remember your moments and feel them again. If it's your first time, immerse yourself in new and unforgettable experiences.

MORNING:

We start the day in Puerta del Sol, center of Madrid. Stroll around the square and don't forget to take a picture next to the Bear and the Strawberry Tree, one of the symbols of the city. Then direct your steps to Arenal street and look for the San Ginés chocolate shop where you can have the most traditional chocolate with churros for breakfast.

To bring down the breakfast walk to the Teatro Real, walk around it and you will discover the Royal Palace along with the Almudena Cathedral. Let yourself be seduced by this unique architectural ensemble in the world. You can visit the interior of the Palace, the Sabatini Gardens or the Campo del Moro.

LUNCH: Restaurants with history

Time to eat. Do not miss a magnificent Madrid stew in one of the traditional restaurants in the center: La Bola, Taberna Daniela, Casa Ciriaco, Casa Marta, Casa Labra, Lhardy, La Taberna del Alabardero.... Dare to try their specialties!!!

AFTERNOON: Plaza Mayor

Not far away, head to Calle Mayor, where we enter the Madrid de los Austrias. Here you can't miss the Plaza Mayor. Leave the Plaza through the Arco de Cuchilleros and get lost in the narrow streets of this area.

NIGHT: Gran Vía

Take your way back to the Gran Vía and its historic buildings. You will also discover its most glamorous aspect: the Gran Vía of cinemas, theaters and musicals. This is where the 'Broadway of Madrid' begins. Take the opportunity to get a ticket for the musical you want.

Temple of Debod

Continue to the Plaza de España where you will find the monument in homage to Miguel de Cervantes and two of his most universal characters: Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. Walk to the Temple of Debod and rest watching how the last rays of sunlight fall on the Egyptian monument and enjoy the night illumination of this fragment of Africa in Madrid. Then all that remains is to enjoy a good dinner and a few drinks in the Princesa area.
