The Region of Las Vegas and the Alcarria Madrileña, made up of more than 30 towns in the Community of Madrid, offers visitors a complete cultural and tourist program with plans ranging from hiking trails, through tapas routes to wine tourism proposals, among many others.

If you want to get carried away by memorable natural landscapes and charming villages full of life and activities, take notes of some of the plans to enjoy in the region of Las Vegas and La Alcarria Madrileña.

On April 13, 20, 27 and May 1, classical music lovers have an unmissable date in Colmenar de Oreja, in Las Vegas and La Alcarria de Madrid, to enjoy the third edition of the Brunetti Festival; if on the other hand you prefer a plan with the most contemporary emerging music, you can not miss the Vermouth Session in Las Villas de Madrid.

Hiking is another of those plans that never fail. Both in Chinchón and Villar del Olmo there are prepared days, the first is on April 6, and hiking trails for all audiences that will make you enjoy and connect with nature while you enjoy unique landscapes.

We do not lose sight of nature to propose more plans such as a visit to an olive mill in Perales de Tajuña, on Saturday April 6, to learn about the olive oil production process.

We are still on the road but at Bodegas Peral in Colmenar de Oreja to enjoy concerts, dances and music surrounded by wine barrels, with the cycle "World Music".

If you are a fan of outdoor activities, in Ambite on Saturday April 6 there will be an environmental workshop in which we will walk the botanical path to identify plant species and learn about their curiosities. And since we are in the Tajuña Valley, why not enjoy cycling routes, a pleasant landscape of meadows, scrubland and rainfed crops, which will allow us to closely observe the flight of birds in the Laguna de San Juan or visit villages with rich traditions.

In Nuevo Baztán  the"European Days of Crafts" are being celebrated this week and until April 7 , with two workshops on soap and perfume making. From crafts to theater with the VI Muestra de Teatro Aficionado "Román Novalvos" of Fuentidueña de Tajo which will take place from April 6 to May 19. You can also enjoy the National Theater Contest "José Sacristán" in Chinchón until May 11, which celebrates its twenty-sixth edition.

And this proposal of plans ends with the Ruta de la Tapa de Perales de Tajuña on April 20 and 21. Six local establishments are participating in this edition with their original culinary creations.
