Royal Botanical Garden

The Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid will open its doors during the nights of spring and summer to offer a unique experience that combines classical music with the enjoyment of one of the most magical natural environments of the city.

These musical walks in the Royal Botanical Garden can be enjoyed every Friday and Saturday, from May 20 to September 24, with the aim of offering visitors a selection of works by composers such as Mozart, Haydn, Schubert and Beethoven.

The pieces are performed by musicians from the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía, under the musical artistic direction of José Sanchís, who will interpret pieces from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, inspired by nature, thus transporting the public on a journey through the senses.

During the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to explore some of the most beautiful and hidden corners of the Royal Botanical Garden: La Rosaleda, the Plátanos traffic circle and the Castaños traffic circle, will be the exceptional scenarios in which the different "musical stops" will be held in the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most prestigious in Europe.
